Getting started
• How does Replyly work?
Replyly connects to your Gmail via OAuth and reads your inbox. It analyzes each email, generates a contextually appropriate reply in your voice, and either sends it automatically (on Pro) or queues it as a draft for your review. Every morning it sends you a summary of what was handled and what was escalated.
• How do I connect my Gmail account?
After signing up, go to Settings → Gmail in your app. Click "Connect Gmail" and sign in with your Google account. Replyly requests read and send permissions — nothing more. You can disconnect at any time from the same page.
• What permissions does Replyly need?
Replyly asks for gmail.read and gmail.send permissions only. These let it read your inbox and send replies on your behalf. It cannot access other Google services (Drive, Calendar, etc.).
How your email is handled
• What does "escalate" mean?
Escalation is Replyly's way of flagging emails that need your attention. These are emails it can't confidently reply to — investor outreach, legal matters, sensitive negotiations, or anything with high stakes. Instead of drafting or sending, it marks the email as escalated and includes it in your daily morning report. You stay fully in control of anything important.
• Can I control which emails are auto-sent?
Yes. On the Pro plan, you can set rules for which emails are auto-sent and which should be drafted for review. You can also enable a "confirm before send" mode that sends you a one-click approval email before any draft goes out.
• How does Replyly learn my voice?
Replyly reads your sent email history (the last 7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro) to understand your tone, vocabulary, and common phrasing. It uses this to generate drafts that sound like you — not a generic AI. The more you use it, the better it gets.
• Does it read all my emails?
Replyly processes emails in your inbox and sent folder. It does not read drafts, archived emails, or emails in Trash/Spam. You can also set label filters to exclude specific labels or folders from processing.
Settings & preferences
• How do I change my email signature or greeting?
Go to Settings → Preferences in the app. You can set your preferred email tone (professional, casual, friendly), a standard sign-off, and any phrases Replyly should use or avoid. Changes apply to future drafts — not retroactively.
• How do I change or disconnect my Gmail account?
Go to Settings → Gmail and click "Disconnect Gmail." This immediately revokes Replyly's access to your account — no more emails are processed. To reconnect a different account, click "Connect Gmail" and sign in with the new account.
• How do I change my daily report time?
Go to Settings → Notifications and adjust the report delivery time. The default is 8:00 AM in your local timezone. You can also disable the daily report if you prefer not to receive it.
Billing & subscription
• How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing in the app to upgrade to Pro or manage your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
• Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time — no questions, no penalties. Your access continues until the end of the billing period, then stops.
Security & privacy
• Is my email data secure?
Yes. Your emails are processed in memory and never stored permanently. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Replyly does not sell, share, or use your email data for any purpose other than running your account. All connections are encrypted over HTTPS.
• Who can see my emails?
Only you and the AI models processing your inbox. Polsia staff do not have access to your emails. Your email data is never used to train models.
