Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no questions asked, no penalties. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How does Replyly learn my voice?
Replyly reads your sent email history (with your permission) to understand your tone, style, and common phrases. It uses this to generate drafts that sound like you, not a generic AI.
What happens to emails it can't handle?
Replyly flags high-stakes emails — investor outreach, sensitive negotiations, customer complaints — and sends you an escalation alert so you're always in the loop on the important stuff.
What if I don't like it?
If Replyly isn't a good fit within your first 30 days, email us at hello@replyly.app and we'll refund the first month. No hoops.
How does billing work?
You're charged monthly via Stripe. You can update or cancel your payment method anytime from your account settings.
